I just heard of another letter to the editor that wasn't published. This is at least the fourth letter to editor that was not published that questioned the City and Lowell Light and Power practices, procedures, and general direction. Why would the paper censor the public? Is the city pressuring the paper? Is Light and Power also putting pressure not to print these letters? Or is the good old buddy buddy system where you scratch my back I'll scratch yours. Either way IT IS NO GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY! Nobody's voice should be censored. We all make up this city and community. Please let us know if something you wrote didn't make the paper.
