LL&P has sent over $20,000 to fight 3!!! workers. How much rate payers money will you spend to prove your point. And the city is not too far behind! They are not looking out for the best interest of Lowell, they are just proving the point that no matter what they will win. The General Manager of LL&P, the City Manager and their attorney are not residents of Lowell so why would they care, it's not there money!
