Contract between City and Workers

As I look at what is happening in our city, I don't like it at all! I want to keep a community like no other. Is that wrong? People (council members, city manager, and employees) should be able to sit down as adults and come to some kind of agreement. However, this will not happen if one side wants extreme power over the other. Then there is no compromising because one person wants to make all the decisions. That is not the world we live in! We don't want this kind of thinking in Lowell! I hope the council members start to get involved! (Maybe they are and we don't know. If so, please let us know that you are aware of the issues.
